RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Kits4Fit.com cares about its customer and hence their satisfaction matters a lot to us. In case you are not satisfied with your product or you want to change the product or the product delivered to you is different from what you ordered, our team will help you in the best possible way.

You can request for a return within 7 working days from the day of delivery of the product. Some of the key points, customer should keep in mind regarding return and refund, are as follows:

  • After successful delivery of the order, customer gets a signature call from Kits4Fit.com to ensure that the correct product has been delivered. In case the product is different from what is ordered, mentioned it right away on the call. We will assist you in raising the complaint.
  • Once the return request is raised, our partnered logistic company person will come to pick the product up. The product should be packed in the original packing.
    In case of some pin codes, customers have to courier the product by themselves.
  • Returns are not available on some categories like healthcare products, supporters.
  • No refund request will be accepted for order more than Rs. 5000. You may exchange your products instead.
  • In case of exchanging the products the courier charges will be borne by the customer.
  • In case of cash on delivery, refund request has to be raised on email, mentioning the bank account details in which the refund amount has to be credited.
  • In case of Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card, amount will be transferred in the same bank account from which it is paid.
